From our world-famous Mersey Ferries and Mersey Tunnels, to travel centres and smart ticketing, we deliver for hundreds of thousands of customers across our transport network and attractions every day.
In this role, you’ll be overseeing our customer focussed service areas, operational support areas, and physical assets. You’ll bring commercial acumen to drive revenues and a wealth of experience in delivering safe and efficient operations along with top-class customer experiences.
Providing strategic leadership across these functions, you will support the Executive Director – Place to deliver excellence in customer and operational functions, aligning quality, performance and efficiency with our economic, environmental and social impact goals.
