About the Role
As a Transport Network Officer, you will play a key frontline role in helping deliver a customer focused transport network. You will help protect revenue across the Liverpool City Region bus network by carrying out ticket inspections, identifying fare evasion, and preventing fraud. You will also provide operational support in the Real Time Information (RTI) Control Room and complete a range of frontline tasks, including bus and rail surveys, bus stop and shelter inspections, and on‑bus compliance checks to ensure vehicle standards, driver presentation, and on‑board information are all accurate and compliant.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling challenging situations, with strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities, and a commitment to ensuring fairness and high standards across the network. You’ll bring knowledge of the transport industry, an eye for detail, and the ability to work both out on the network and within a busy control‑room environment.
