About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering change across the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
You will work as part of the Delivery & Assurance Unit, supporting a diverse portfolio of transformation and improvement activity across the organisation.
As a Change Manager, you will help business areas prepare for and adopt new ways of working. You will apply structured change management approaches to ensure people are ready, supported, and able to embed change effectively, so that the benefits of organisational investment are fully realised and sustained.
You’ll collaborate closely with project and programme managers, senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, communications and organisational development colleagues, and frontline teams. The role provides exposure to high‑profile change activity and the opportunity to operate at both strategic and delivery levels within a high‑performing, supportive professional environment.
About the person
We are looking for an experienced Change Management practitioner who is comfortable working across a variety of organisational contexts and change types.
You will bring practical experience of delivering people‑centred change in complex organisations, using recognised methodologies and tools. You will be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, tailoring your approach to the needs of different teams and services, and translating change impacts into clear, practical actions for the business.
You will be curious, collaborative, and outcomes‑focused, with a strong commitment to helping teams transition successfully to new ways of working. You will be motivated by making a tangible difference to public services and the communities they serve.
