  • •Acting as a host for charter and events activity, helping deliver standout customer experiences
  • •Supporting contract compliance, procurement activity and value‑for‑money service delivery
  • •Using feedback and insight to help improve how services are delivered
  • •Promoting safe working practices and managing risk appropriately
  • •Being part of a team that’s open to change, improvement and new ways of working

About you

 You will bring:

  • •Experience in a customer‑focused or commercial or events environment
  • •Strong communication and organisational skills
  • •Confidence working with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
  • •A practical, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • •Commercial awareness and an eye for improving how things are done
  • •A commitment to inclusive, accessible services and high standards of behaviour

You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you’ll be motivated by delivering good outcomes for customers.
