An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen in the Performance, Research and Evaluation team.
This is a chance to play a key role in developing the evidence showcasing the impact that Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s policies, interventions and programme are making across the region.
The role will involve design, delivery and commissioning of evaluation activity including, preparation of monitoring and evaluation plans, management of internal evaluation research, and commissioning and management of external suppliers.
The opportunity would suit someone with knowledge and experience of performance or impact measurement, evaluation and research techniques and an understanding of the principles guiding social research (such as quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, scoping logic models or theories of change and designing effective measurement frameworks).
This role is fixed Term until 30 June 2027.
