About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and insightful Senior Business Analyst (Workforce) to play a key role in delivering workforce transformation and organisational change across the business.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders, Corporate Development, and business functions to understand workforce challenges, analyse current and future workforce requirements, and support the design and delivery of sustainable organisational solutions. You'll be instrumental in helping the LCRCA achieve its organisational design and workforce planning ambitions.

Working at the heart of design programmes, you'll gather, analyse and translate workforce and business requirements into actionable recommendations, ensuring people, processes and structures are aligned to future organisational needs.

You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic workforce decisions, challenge traditional ways of working, and help create more effective, customer-focused and efficient services.

  • •Partnering with business leaders and Corporate Development to understand workforce requirements and objectives.
  • •Supporting the design and implementation of organisational structures and Target Operating Models.
  • •Gathering, analysing and documenting workforce-related business requirements.
  • •Assessing the people impacts of organisational change initiatives and transformation programmes.
  • •Using workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities that inform decision-making.
  • •Mapping current and future workforce processes, roles and capabilities.
  • Supporting workforce planning activities, including resource modelling and capability assessments.
  • •Challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure workforce solutions are aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • •Contributing to the successful delivery of key organisational change initiatives.

 

About the Person

You will have experience working as a Business Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Organisation Design Analyst, or in a similar role, with a good understanding of workforce planning, organisational design, operating model development and change management principles.

You’ll bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights, as well as experience gathering, documenting and validating business and workforce requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels.

You will be comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and will take a collaborative approach to your work, with a genuine passion for delivering positive outcomes for colleagues, customers and the organisation.
