About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to join our Concierge team in the Facilities Management / Land & Property Service.
The Concierge is the key to providing the high quality, customer focussed front of house experience for all our occupants and their visitors at the LCRCA Headquarters located at Mann Island. First impressions are the key to this role so if you have a talent for meeting/greeting and providing excellent customer service we would like to hear from you.
About the Authority
Annually, our operations teams facilitate over 26 million journeys through the Mersey Tunnels and operate the Mersey Ferries services – carrying over 600,000 passengers. Our Maintenance Delivery services respond to over 20,000 reactive and planned maintenance tasks and support our wider investment plans across our diverse estate. Our 24/7, 365-day Operations and our Assets are key for the social and economic wellbeing of Liverpool City Region and beyond.
About the person
Reporting to the Concierge Team Leader, the Concierge is the first point of contact for all our Staff, Commercial Occupants and High-Profile Visitors who attend the LCRCA Headquarters and other associated buildings. The role requires high-quality presentation skills when meeting, greeting and ensuring safe passage for all persons who visit our site. You will also assist with the day-to-day scheduling and oversight of building maintenance and operational functions, whether that be through in-house or contracted out providers, ensuring the high standards we require of our assets are maintained at all times.
You will have the personality, drive, and adaptability to liaise with a variety of visitors and staff using tact and diplomacy to ensure customer excellence is maintained at all times.
As a team member, and working with other departments, you will be contributing to the range and quality of authority services that the 1.6m residents of the Liverpool City Region expect and deserve.

1. Experience of working in a client facing / customer service role putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
